The student body at the International Academy along with their teachers, hosted a conference in English together with the IFOM ETS – the AIRC Institute of Molecular Oncology. 

The project “Researchers at School ” was promoted by the Veronesi Foundation and by Ivan Psakhye, PhD.,who explained to students the value of scientific research and how important it is for society to do research.  

The focal point of his presentation  was to raise awareness of the professional opportunities scientific training offers and guidance as to how to become a researcher.

Additional issues were addressed regarding the best behaviors to adopt for keeping in good health,  why prevention is fundamental and what the risk factors are that promote disease.
